(1) The application for review before the head of the public body or the review committee may be submitted by the bidder or proposer himself or sent by post, courier or electronic means.
(2) If the application sent by post, courier or electronic means as per sub-rule (1) is not received before the review committee within the time period specified in the Act or these regulations, no action will be taken on such application.
(3) After receiving the information that the review application has been submitted according to sub-rule (1), the public body shall suspend the purchase contract until the review committee gives a decision.
